HOW DO I ACCESS THE APP?
MedAnswers has an iOS app called “FertilityAnswers”. We are not available on an iPad. Users will receive a link to download the app when they purchase and register their kit. Android App coming soon.
How long do I have free access to the MedAnswers network of experts?
Forever! 
Do I have to get sequenced to use FertilityAnswers app? 
No, you do not. You may download the FertilityAnswers app and start asking questions at any time. However, your sequencing data and subsequent report will allow us to customize and personalize your experience on the app. 
Is my DNA data protected?
Your DNA information is stored securely by Helix. When sequencing is complete, Helix only sends the relevant DNA information needed by MedAnswers to generate your results. We do not share your DNA information with anyone without your permission. We always maintain high standards when it comes to the security and privacy of your DNA information.
How can I learn about how MedAnswers uses my data?

How do I view my results?
FertilityAnswers will send you an email when your report is available. While you are waiting, we will send you personalized nutrition insights based on your health information and the lifestyle questionnaire. 
How did you select the experts? 
We work with the top board certified experts across reproductive endocrinology, urology, reproductive genetics, reproductive psychologists, attorneys, and embryologists. As a peer-validated network, we only take referrals from the network for experts who want to participate.
